Appointments - To set up an appointment fill out the information below and we will contact you at the soonest available time. Appointments need to be scheduled one week in advance of the proposed photo shoot. Locations also need to be discussed previously before the photo shoot.
- A sitting fee of $30.00 will be applied for every two locations used during the photo shoot. The sitting fee must be paid up front before the photo shoot will begin. Locations may also not be more than 15 miles apart. Any additional location will be subject to charge for an additional $20.00. You will be allowed an hour at each location for the photo shoot.
- Bad weather one hour before the photo shoot will result in a cancellation and can be rescheduled for a more convenient time. Please use the weather tab to check weather updates for your proposed photo shoot. A J L 3 Photography will notify you if your photo shoot has been canceled.
- If an appointment needs to be canceled, please notify A J L 3 Photography 24 hours in advance of the photo shoot.
- Locations for photo shoots cannot be taken on illegal property or without written permission if it is on private property. A J L 3 Photography is not responsible for gaining rights to use private properties. Photo shoots also cannot be taken in locations that will provide danger to either A J L 3 Photography or the clients. - Checks or cash are acceptable means of payments. Credit cards cannot be accepted at this time. Checks must be written out to "A J Lopez III."
